G-SHOCK’s iconic 6900 turns 25 this year, and to celebrate the Japanese label teams up with blog turned fashion label PLACES+FACES to create a unique version of the chunky timepiece. It retains all the famous functionality, including the shock resistance, multi-alarm system and 200 meter water resistance, that sees the model favoured by people from all walks of life, but is altered with a couple of subtle street-ready inclusions. The all-black base is accented with glow-in-the-dark details across the bezel and strap, while the London-based label’s signature ‘+’ logo reveals itself on the digital display once the electro-luminescent backlight is activated.
