It’s one of the first brands under the Nepenthes umbrella, led by designer Keizo Shimizu, highlighting Shimizu’s love of vintage Americana, military, and sportswear.

It wouldn't be a Japan edit from us here at END. without the mention of Tokyo-based label Wacko Maria, a leader in the world of streetwear and the brainchild of former J-League soccer players Keiji Ishizuka and Atsuhiko Mori. The duo takes continuous inspiration from American art, film, and music, as well as ‘women’. The result? Never-seen-before prints, detailing, and silhouettes, all designed with a carefree attitude and, most importantly, quality Japanese craftsmanship.
