Nigel Cabourn takes inspiration from the loose-fitting deck-bibs worn by US Navy officers during WW2 to create these black dungarees. They’re made from Japanese denim - which has been specially-woven on narrow looms to create the appearance of denim, but with the soft feel of wool - and show off a classic bib structure, complete with a chest pocket, a small pen pocket and two press-stud patch pockets on each leg. They’re complete with heavy-duty metal clips, too, which feature military-style engraving on the rivets.
