Is hybrid working available?

For office-based roles, the policy at Parsons Road HQ is three days in the office and two days working from home. In our Highbury, London office, it’s two days in the office and three days working from home.

What is the dress code for my interview and first day?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable—there’s no formal dress code.

Is there car parking on-site?

There are three car parks available at Parsons Road HQ but none in our other locations 

What should I do when I arrive?

If you are coming to one of our HQs, let the Front of House team know who you are there to see and they will contact the right person for you. If you are going to one of our stores, let a member of staff know who you are and what you are there for.

How can I prepare for my assessment?

Use this site; it contains lots of information about who we are and what we do. If you get the chance to visit one of our stores, do that too. It will help you to experience END. from a customer’s point of view.

When will I receive my staff discount?

For office-based roles, the discount applies after three months of service. For retail roles, it’s available from day one.
