New Balance x Stone Island Fuel Cell C_1 Tokyo Design StudioTan & Brown

Continuing their long term collaborations, footwear specialists New Balance reunite with technical experts Stone Island for a new sneaker that embodies their dedication to the craft at the core of both brands. These Concept 1 sneakers - MSRCXST - are made with the FuelCell C_1 colourway that’s an archived camouflage pattern from Stone Islands archives. The uppers reflect Stone Islands history as a brand with the combination of synthetic and natural materials to create a knit upper that’s made for forward thinkers. Given a traditional running shoe silhouette, they’re made with a FuelCell cushioning technology through the foot that demonstrates New Balance’s cutting edge technology and a streamline hollow outsole that extends past the toes which gives a stable push off, returning energy back to you with every strike. Signed off by New Balance on the upper, embroidered to look like part of the pattern, it’s also given a fresh branding treatment on the heel by Stone Island with their iconic compass given the 3D treatment.
