German sportswear star Adidas was launched in 1949, named after its founder Adolf ‘Adi’ Dassler. Adidas’ Nizza Hi RF sneakers are a timeless classic; from their origins as a b-ball shoe, these sneakers have made waves in the skate and fashion worlds. For this latest iteration, the brand with three stripes is collaborating with Parley for the Oceans to reduce plastic pollution, by using upcycled plastic waste retrieved from coastal communities and remote shorelines to craft these sneakers.
