C.P. COMPANY X ASICS GEL-QUANTUM 360™ VIII 

Some collaborations just make perfect sense, representing the coming together of two brands with a synergy that’s deep rooted. C.P. Company and ASICS’ debut collaboration is exactly that. Since its inception in 1971, C.P. Company has grown to become synonymous with innovation, continuously reshaping the landscape of menswear through innovation, experimentation and recontextualisation. These very principles are mirrored in the ethos of ASICS, a label that’s served as a key accelerant in the world of technical footwear.

The sneaker that represents the focus of their collaborative efforts is the GEL-QUANTUM 360™ VIII: a progressive, tech-filled runner that perfectly mirrors their shared ethos. In reinterpreting the GEL-QUANTUM 360™ VIII, C.P. Company looks to the “Urban Agility” concept at the core of The Metropolis Series: the Italian brand’s collection dedicated to investagting modern urban landscapes.

The sneaker arrives in both a vibrant yellow and a more understated grey and black colourway, with each reimagined using 5D print details to resemble ergonomic shapes found in nature. The branding is of note, too, with C.P. Company’s Metropolis Series logo worked into the patterning at the toes and the label’s font logo worked into one heel.
