Dr. Martens teams up with Jean-Michel Basquiat’s estate to celebrate the posthumous legacy and “chaotic brilliance” of the artist. The collection takes two iconic models, the 1460 boot and the 1461 shoe, and covers them in equally iconic artwork. This black boot is typical of Dr. Martens; it’s crafted from smooth leather and accented with signature yellow stitching throughout. The uppers are covered in the Basquiat-designed artwork from Rammellzee and K-Rob’s single ‘Beat Bop’ and finished with the iconic crown emblem on a pair of lace deubrés.
