Rick Owens and Moncler join forces this season, with elements taken from classic mountainwear and fused with Owens’ experimental aesthetic. These Amber boots are case in point. They’re designed to look like snow boots with a high ankle, chunky shape and Velcro strap, only their black leather uppers are covered entirely in laces — inspired by the Maximal Runner — to give a look that’s probably more suited to runways than slopes.
