Founded in two eras that defined separate epochs of American culture, the 60s and 90s collide with Polo Ralph Lauren and Element’s collaborative AW ’23 collection. Combining visions of Americana with classic skateboarding style, the two brands offer up a mutual commitment towards sustainability across their selection of apparel and hard goods.
Rich with earth tones and embellished with utilitarian design details, the collection centres around a reimagined offering of classic Polo Ralph Lauren silhouettes infused with Element’s distinctive sensibility as a brand situated at the intersection of skateboarding culture and sustainable design.
An oversized denim trucker jacket in a natural hue serves as the collection's standout piece, blending Polo Ralph Lauren’s historic interest in the iconic style synonymous with Americana and Element’s skate sensibility, while wide-leg chinos, heritage inspired knits, graphic sweatshirts, joggers and accessories further embed the collection within the spheres of both iconic American brands. Made using ethically sourced materials, such as organic and recycled cotton, wool and recycled polyester, sales from the hard-goods will support Element’s NGO partner, 1% for the Planet.
