8 February 2023Crocs and Western Hydrodynamic Research join forces to pay homage to Southern Californian coastlines.
Western Hydrodynamic Research, or WHR, is a community-based initiative rooted in spreading information relating to coastal activities, with their debut collaboration with Crocs serving as a celebration of that.
Crocs’ tried-and-tested Clog is the focal point of the partnership, with a rework that takes inspiration from WHR’s Southern Californian roots — coves, caves, tide pools and cliffs all serve as the slip-on’s muse. The Clog is transformed using a coastal cliff pattern that covers the entirety of its lightweight Croslite construction, then detailed with Jibbitz™ that reference WHR, including barnacles.
