Still as much of a game changer today as it was when first introduced in ‘87, Nike Air Max stands for progress of a different kind. Back then it was about experimenting with see-through cushioning, now it’s adopted to the streets and Nike is back with its retro-release of the inaugural and futuristic-looking sleek "Silver Bullet" colourway. You’re probably way too familiar and know what to expect, but here goes anyway. With its OG ripple design - it’s informed by Japanese bullet trains and it’s pretty obvious throughout, besides the colour of course, mesh uppers are accentuated with reflective fluid lines which follow the flow of the synthetic overlays. The revolutionary full length AM97 sole finishes off the look as well as the Swoosh, embroidered at the side wall and tongue - proudly displayed in a bright red.
