The SS’16 collection has been inspired by Mattiussi’s life in Paris, an exploration of uncomplicated pieces that are in his own words, simply ‘cool clothes for real guys.’ The collection features recurring tongue-in-cheek fruit motifs, adding a quirky touch of humor to some of AMI’s signature pieces. The Fruit Face Crew Sweat adds a playful element to one of the pieces that has come to be an AMI staple. Featuring an embroidered ‘fruit face’ to the chest, the sweat is traditionally finished with ribbed cuffs, neckline and hem.
