In honour of the fiftieth anniversary of the iconic PUMA Suede sneaker, the German sportswear giants have teamed up with historic Californian skate brand Santa Cruz to deliver a limited-edition rendition of the classic silhouette. Sitting atop a textured gum sole a lush suede upper is rendered in black while a red leather lining adds a pop of colour. Toward the heel tab Santa Cruz’ iconic screaming hand sits proudly, embroidered to the shoe. Graphics are printed across the side panel, creating a new version of the silhouette’s traditional downwards curve detail. Classic gold foil branding and a woven brand patch complete the look, with Puma’s logo rendered to the heel tab in gold.
