Description
Rhuigi Villaseñor, the founder of streetwear brand Rhude classes his collaboration with sports giant PUMA as ‘a dream come true’. His take on PUMA’s Alteration sneaker is certainly dreamlike; offered in a high contrast mix of hi-tech nylon and neoprene, luxe textured suede and distressed rubber, it comes in a mostly-muted palette that encompasses taupe, tan and smoke with a vibrant pop of turquoise at the heel. The Alteration’s incredible midsole – designed with post-apocalyptic landscapes in mind – is rendered in three different colours of rubber: peach, dirtied cream and gum, giving it a futuristic yet lived-in look.
