INSIDE THE END. X THE NORTH FACE REMADE WORKSHOP AT END. MANCHESTER

To celebrate the upcoming release of END.’s second collaboration with The North Face REMADE, the retailer hosted a workshop at their store in the heart of Manchester.

Every year, approximately 85% of newly produced textiles end up being sent to landfill. Striving to combat this, The North Face have established their Renewed REMADE initiative, where used or damaged product is refurbished and fixed for another lifetime of outdoor exploration. Channelling this approach, END. and The North Face shared their second joint offering under the REMADE name, presenting a 7-piece capsule in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Himalayan Parka.

Celebrating the power of reinvention, END. and The North Face hosted a workshop in honour of their collaborative collection, inviting guests to create unique products handcrafted from the Himalayan Down Parka.

Taking place in END.’s flagship store in Manchester, the workshop aimed to further push the boundaries of Circular Design, with attendees transforming materials from reclaimed The North Face product into a variety of accessories. Spearheaded by Renee and Bella from sustainability consultants CREATE SUSTAIN, guests were guided through the process and created bags, shawls and hats.

The END. x The North Face REMADE collection is available online via END. Launches on 11th October 2024. All proceeds raised from the collection will be donated to Protect Our Winters UK, an outdoor climate action charity helping people become effective climate advocates to achieve systemic solutions to climate change.
