END. X REEBOK CLUB C "STOUT"
6 March 2023Sharing their latest tipple, END. and Reebok pour a fresh collaboration with the Club C "Stout".
END. and Reebok follow on from “Reported Sightings” with the Club C “Stout”: a rework of the sneaker inspired by the dark, heavy-bodied beer in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. Stout is a top-fermented ale made with roasted barley, hops, water and yeast dating as far back as the 17th century, renowned for its darker hues and rich, almost-coffee-like taste.
Taking inspiration from the famous centuries-old tipple, END. transforms the ever-iconic Club C to mimic the distinctive, deep colours synonymous with stout. The sneaker’s suede uppers are coloured in black and contrasted with dark brown at the sole, heels and tongues, while cream hits are worked into the soft terry lining and laces to mimic the drink’s foamy head.
To further the St. Paddy’s Day celebrations, four-leaf clovers are worked into the sneaker’s tongue and sidewall branding, while “Drink Responsibly” is detailed at the co-branded insoles. The sneaker arrives housed in a bespoke, matte-black and cream box — in keeping with the stout-inspired palette — and comes with a co-branded beer towel to complete the festivities.
The END. x Reebok Club C “Stout” will launch via END. Launches on the 10th March.
