Nike Womens

Nike Women's sneakers need no introduction—but we’ll give it a go. The world’s leading sportswear giant, Nike, traces its roots back to Portland in 1964. It began when coach Bill Bowerman and athlete Philip Knight started importing Japanese sneakers under the name Blue Ribbon Sports. The brand’s first employee, Jeff Johnson, suggested the name Nike—a fitting tribute to the Greek goddess of victory—and the rest, as they say, is history.

Nike is synonymous with its industry-leading sneakers. Believe it or not, Nike’s first creation, the 'Moon Shoe', was made using Bowerman's waffle iron. In 1978, former NASA engineer Frank Rudy had the revolutionary idea to use Air technology in sneakers. Fast forward to 1987 and Tinker Hatfield’s legendary Nike Women's Air Max 1 became the first style to make this technology visible. This style was at the forefront of an Air Max revolution, with numerous other styles like the popular Air Max 95 joining the ever-evolving roster today.

Or, for a dose of b-ball heritage, take the Air Force 1 for a spin. Designed by Bruce Kilgore, this hoops icon debuted in 1982 as the first basketball shoe to feature Air cushioning. This signature style was co-opted by the early ‘00s hip-hop scene, with Nelly’s ‘Air Force Ones’ cementing its legacy.

Not long after, the Nike Dunk Low made its mark on the hardwood. Available in both high and low silhouettes, the enduring popularity of Nike Dunks continues to stir up a storm with every release.

Whether you’re keeping it casual or prioritising performance, END.’s collection of Nike sneakers for women has the pair for you.
