Honouring the Air Max 1’s structural roots, Nike pay homage to Tinker Hatfield’s love for a Parisian library with the release of the AM1. A sneaker that took its structural cues from the complexity of brutalist architecture, the steel superstructure and reinforced concrete floors dress the uppers in wolf grey and black leather.
