4 October 2023Presenting a duo of understated sneakers, New Balance and Auralee continue their partnership in an elegantly muted fashion.
Having quickly become a core collaborator with New Balance in recent years, Japanese minimalist brand Auralee continue their run of hits with a duo of 1906R sneakers. An exercise in colour balance, Ryota Iwai’s Tokyo-based brand shares their muted make-ups, dubbed “Flint Stone” and “Bone White”.
Cast in washed out palettes, the two colourways are built from a combination of mesh, suede, and synthetic panels, delivering an old school aesthetic that is filtered through Auralee’s creative lens. Complete with ABZORB and N-ergy cushioning to provide a responsive and comfortable ride, the shoe is finalised with Stability Web outsole technology.
