Nike Dunk High SP WWhite & Varsity Purple
2020 has been the year of the Nike Dunk, there’s no doubt about it. And the Beaverton brand shows no sign of slowing down with this women’s High. Reminiscent of a Japan exclusive from 1999’s ‘City Attack’ series, it uses only two colours and sits them in a way that’s extremely familiar. A white leather base is overlaid with hits of varsity purple for a look that could’ve featured back in the model’s debut ‘Be True To Your School’ campaign. Unconventional, though, are the cloudy translucent outsole, satin lining and golden tongue tab — subtle switches that don’t detract from the model’s undeniable retro charm.
