28 October 2022Following a run of conceptual designs, Converse's collaboration with A-COLD-WALL* returns to the Chuck 70 silhouette - the perfect palette for Samuel Ross' visionary design codes, modelled by visionary architect Dong-Ping Wong & industrial design maestro Nifemi Marcus-Bello.
Continuing their fruitful collaborative relationship, Converse and Samuel Ross' A-COLD-WALL* revisit the iconic Chuck 70 silhouette, distilling Ross' future-forward aesthetic into a wearable, everyday edition of the fan-favorite icon. Contextualising the bleeding edge style of A-COLD-WALL* through a subtle, minimalist lens, uncompromising details introduce a further sense of Ross' conceptual vision across the two colourways.
Renowned for their creativity in their respective fields of architecture and industrial design respectively, Dong-Ping Wong and Nifemi Marcus-Bello exemplify the cutting edge of design that sits at the core of Ross’ work with A-COLD-WALL*, encapsulating an approach to design that shirks convention and celebrates a contemporary and thoroughly original point of view.
