When Belgian designer Raf Simons unveiled his SS'17 runway collection in Florence each look included a printed rendition of a piece of work from divisive American photographer, Robert Mapplethorpe. Famed for imagery composed almost entirely in a highly stylized black and white palette, Mapplethorpe's back catalogue of work includes multiple self portraits, one of which can be seen digitally printed to this cotton tee. The image, framed by a contrasting green frame, sits to the lower section of a tee cut with Simons' oversized, 'American Fit' and has been finished simply with a ribbed crew neck.
