Teaming up with Nike for a limited edition collection that pays homage to the vast heritage of the sportswear giant, OFF-WHITE designer Virgil Abloh offers his unique take on 10 footwear icons.
The Ten : Nike Air Max 97 OG x Virgil Abloh maintains the famed aero-dynamic silhouette, but boasts a cut and sewn look that is relevant to Abloh's architectural and open-source approach to design. Underfoot, the visible Max Air unit gives the shoe its premium cushioning, while the tongue-in-cheek “AIR” and “SHOELACES” print strip back to Abloh's millennial irony-laden aesthetic.
