ON looks to the Kanazawa train station to inspire the latest Cloudaways, borrowing their colour palette from its famous architecture.
Swiss label ON is steadfast in enabling you to perform at your very best, whether you’re a casual runner or a serious, medal-winning athlete. This approach has been at the core of ON from the outset — after all, one of the label’s founders, Olivier Bernhard, is a multiple Ironman and World Triathlon Championship winner.
This dedication to push himself to the very limits is something that’s reflected in ON’s footwear, with each shoe tried and tested in the harshest conditions to ensure peak performance.
ON’s footwear has evolved beyond just performance running, though, with models like the ON Cloudaway that bring cutting-edge technology into the city. The latest version, dubbed the “Kanazawa”, is inspired by its namesake train station in Japan, with white uppers and a metallic silver mudguard that mimic its architecture.
All of the shoe’s technical features remain untouched, with lightweight, part-recycled uppers, quick-adjusting toggle laces and a CloudTec®-cushioned sole to make those inner-city explorations a breeze. This combination of a techy, progressive aesthetic and everyday comfort helps bring the ON Cloudaway well and truly into the lifestyle world.
The ON Cloudaway Kanazawa launches at END. on the 21st October.
