Introducing: Museum of Peace and Quiet

Museum of Peace and Quiet is all about promoting a tranquil life, creating garments that are relaxed and inspired by the natural world.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life is the possibility of tranquillity — a stillness that can be achieved through things like mindfulness and experiencing the natural world. It’s this idea of serenity that inspires Museum of Peace and Quiet, with everything the label does centred around promoting a slower, calmer life.

The label was founded in 2019 following a road trip Ashley and Christion Lennon took through the American desert; it was the natural beauty and stillness they experienced that led to a desire to create a label that reflected that. Enter Museum of Peace and Quiet.

The garments created by the label imbue a sense of tranquility found within nature; colour palettes are subtle and earthy — mirroring the hues often found within natural landscapes — while prints are designed to be relaxing and understated, with graphics reading things like “Natural” and “Deeply Healing”. The collection consists of wardrobe staples like hoodies, joggers and tees — garments that promote comfort and downtime, the type typically worn during days spent relaxing.
