END. X Y-3 COBALT  

Collaborating for the first time, END. joins forces with Y-3 to create “Cobalt”: a two-piece capsule that sits at the intersection of performance and lifestyle. Since its inception in 2002, Y-3 has represented the definitive figure in the crossover of fashion and sportswear, merging the technical seamlessly with Yohji Yamamoto’s progressive, avant-garde design approach.  

END. and Y-3’s debut collaboration represents a celebration of that, reworking a duo of footwear styles with performance and aesthetics at the forefront. The silhouettes of choice are the Takumi Sen 11 and the Gendo Run, with both featuring the collaboration’s namesake cobalt blue worked throughout. The first, the Takumi Sen 11, represents a Y-3 take on an adidas performance running icon, reworked in various cobalt blue tones and detailed with taping and zig zag stitching at the heels.  

The Gendo Run is an all-new lifestyle model, featuring an aggressive, performance-inspired design that’s rendered in cobalt blue and black. Its sole unit is exaggerated and angular, with cut-out detailing in the middle to reflect the synergy of performance and aesthetics at Y-3’s core. Each shoe features a plethora of branded details, ranging from Yohji’s iconic signature at the heels to the British retailer’s logo at the tongues.
