Nike Air Max 1/97 VF SW - Now on END. Launches

As one of the world's foremost collectors of vintage shoes and apparel, Sean Wotherspoon created the Air Max 1/97 SW for 2017's Vote Forward competition—and won.

The voter-approved design channels his passion for '80s culture while drawing influence from vintage corduroy caps, his native Virginia and LA, and his two favourite sneakers: the Air Max 1 and the Air Max 97.

Released as part of Nike's annual Air Max Day celebrations, the distinctive hybrid runner features a mesmerising arrange of corduroy panels utilising the upper design of the iconic Air Max 97 sat atop the simple visible Air tooling of the Air max 1.

Finished with small swoosh branding to the lateral side panel and toebox, corduroy heel tabs, interchangeable velcro patches to the tongue, 'smiley face' decal to the insole, and four lace options, the Air Max 1/97 VF SW is an all new icon.

For those wishing to take part in our separate in-store raffles, registration will open at END. Newcastle and END. Glasgow at 9am on Wednesday 21st March and remain open until 5pm on Friday 23rd of March. Winners of the in-store raffles will be notified on Saturday 24th March and will be able to purchase and collect their sneakers on Sunday 25th and Monday 26th of March.
