Nike and Chitose Abe’s Sacai have a longstanding history of working together, regular joining forces to rework archival classics through an experimental lens. The two reunite to continue down their path of innovation, once again bringing the Cortez under the spotlight with a grey and white rendition.
As always with Chitose Abe, the approach taken is rooted in her hybrid aesthetic, with the collars, Swooshes and tongues all doubled to give her signature fused look. The sole unit is equally as progressive, with Zoom Air cushioning in the forefoot, a layered midsole and a jutting heel clip.
