In celebration of Air Max Day 2022, and as part of Nike’s Give Fresh Air program, END. hosted a day of workshops and community initiatives at our Flagship store in Soho, London.
To celebrate Air Max Day 2022, END. hosted a day of workshops and community initiatives as part of Nike’s Give Fresh Air: a campaign designed to bring the global community together and breathe new life into our world. The event was held at our flagship store in Soho on the 26th March, where we invited visitors and Air Max fans to take part in an array of different initiatives and workshops, with the aim of prolonging and protecting the collective love of Air Max.
END. partnered with Sneakers ER to provide visitors the opportunity to breathe life into their old favourites, with a service that included cleaning, repainting and a protective spray covering for those Air Max grails. Furthering the idea of prolonging the life of Air Max classics, we partnered with Nike Server and Vibram to give 35 sneaker-obsessed individuals the chance to switch out their old Air Max soles, with Linus Nutland providing consultancy on the best upper to pair with Vibram’s line-up.
According to Shoe Aid, over 4 million people in the UK are currently living in shoe poverty. To help combat that, END. partnered with Sole Circle UK to provide an in-store donation box, which gave visitors the chance to drop off their unwanted and pre-loved sneakers, helping those who live in shoe poverty overcome their situation one sole at a time. This also fed in with the workshop delivered by Sneakers ER, with visitors able to bring their old shoes, have them cleaned up and then donate them to Sole Circle UK.
