Using Nike’s vast repository of athlete-informed data, Williams uses computational and generative design to forge fluid training apparel for the transitional lifestyle. Modular layers, magnetic buckles and smart storage flow with Williams’ approach to versatile movement for a generation beyond labels.
Baring a similar brooding aesthetic Williams' Alyx imprint, the eleven-piece collection harnesses research from Nike's Advanced Apparel Exploration (A.A.E.) initiatives, such as the use of body-mapping to inform ventilation in the Long Sleeve and Short Sleeve Tops. This bold approach to functionality and utilitarianism comes to the fore with the MMW Jacket, a lightweight, 3-layer waterproof piece offers a built-in facemask and hood for packable, rough-weather coverage.
