adidas Originals presents the latest collection of apparel, footwear and accessories from adidas SPEZIAL. The premium range enters its fourth year with a bold, heritage-inspired collection that evokes the spirit of the second Summer of Love which swept over Manchester in the late 1980s.

Shot on location in Ibiza, and drawing inspiration from the pioneers of electronic music that kick-started the UK rave scene, the collection along with the accompanying lookbook and film, acts as a natural successor to the journey of discovery told through previous SPEZIAL collections.

Incorporating pastel shades and detailed embroidery to existing and new adidas silhouettes and garments, the SS18 collections signifies a step-up in the sub-brand's approach to apparel. Featuring a blend of the mod SPZL logo and adidas' traditional trefoil, the latest collection blends rich sporting heritage with subcultural references.

Exhibited through a lookbook shot by celebrated British photographer, Kevin Cummins, and a dreamlike film featuring a soundtrack produced by Gabe Gurnsey of Factory Floor, and spoken word from Bez, the collection encapsulates what the second Summer of Love meant to so many, and shows how it’s influence is still felt 30 years later.

The adidas SPZL footwear is available for registration on END. Launches. The first drop of SS18 apparel will launch at END. on March 9th.
