Tasked with the challenge of subverting everything we know about a sportswear giant, Alexander Wang unites with adidas to produce a capsule collection for 2017. Together the pair readdress the conventions of branding, delivering a capsule collection that pushes adidas’ signature trademarks into a bold new look.
Cut with a kimono-like sleeve from a polyester jacquard, the collection's windbreaker comes styles with a soft fleece lining and a half zip placket to the front. adidas' famous 3-Stripe branding can be seen here reworked into a striking new guise, constructed from a series of raw edges seams that run down the outside sleeve.
