END. x adidas Forum Low 'Friends and Forum'

Introduced in 1984, like all sneaker Hall-of-Famers, the adidas Forum quickly shuffled off its on-court exclusivity to become a cornerstone of street culture at large. Boasting a noteworthy $100-plus-tax price tag, the Forum found its niche as one of the most expensive basketball shoes of its day. Trickling down from pro athletes - including Michael Jordan and Patrick Ewing - to become a potent status symbol among early sneakerheads; the Forum found acclaim in the upper echelons of sport but found its home at the community level.

Honouring that street-level legacy and repositioning the Forum’s cultural clout for a new era, adidas and END. come together for a collaborative release designed with giving-back in mind. Inspired by adidas’ desire to create a new forum for expression and change, END. partner with London-based charity Greenhouse Sports for this exclusive release.

Greenhouse Sports is a London-based charity that uses sports-led community youth engagement to provide every child with a fair chance to succeed. Built upon the core belief that sport can transform lives, Greenhouse Sports provides sports coaches to deliver inspirational coaching and mentoring programmes. The charity has worked with more than 45,000 young people from disadvantaged backgrounds since 2002 with the goal of using sport to engage young people and help them develop skills that will help them succeed in later life, and research from Loughborough University found widespread evidence that engagement with Greenhouse Sports raises school attendance, academic performance and positive behavioural change. In 2020, despite the disruption caused by the pandemic, Greenhouse Sports still managed to coach and support nearly 7,500 young Londoners. To help support this vital work, proceeds from the END. x adidas Forum Low 'Friends and Forum' release will be donated to Greenhouse Sports.
