ASICS x Beams x AFEW GEL-LYTE III 'Orange Koi' - now on END. Launches

A sequel with more flavour than the first, Japan’s own ASICS is back with esteemed retailer Afew three years after their ‘Koi’-inspired release; adding Beams into the designer triad with open arms. Dubbed ‘Orange Koi’, the fresh GEL-Lyte III celebrates cross-continental friendship with ASICS and Beams pairing their Japanese heritage with Afew’s German roots.

Establishing the global partnership with Japanese characters spelling out ‘friendship’ and a world map stamped across the opposing heel; each label’s branding appears embroidered, debossed and printed throughout the lightweight GEL-fuelled sneaker, with its colourful carp-inspired colourway swimming to the surface in vivid orange and subtle stone suedes. Textured and dimensional with added perforations for breathability, attention to detail is at a high on the GEL-cushioned silhouette; delivered with two sets of custom insoles, while a Koi illustration floats within the translucent rubber sole alongside multicolour camo accents.
