27 May 2024Travis Scott and Air Jordan reunite for another rendition of the Air Jordan 1 Low.
Since they first partnered in 2017, Air Jordan and Travis Scott have represented a tour de force in the world of sneakers. The Houston-born rapper has constructed his own unique and singular approach to footwear, reworking a slew of Air Jordan icons through his disruptive lens.
The latest represents a continuation of that approach, taking the Air Jordan 1 Low and applying his signature details, like that all-important reversed Swoosh and Cactus Jack branding at the heels. Where things deviate, however, is with the colourway, which switches out the usual earthy tones for a bolder canary yellow and blue colour palette — a nod to the artist’s alma mater, Lawrence E. Elkins High School.
