Unveiled at Paris Fashion Week's AW18 presentations in January, Rick Owens presented his latest collection now available to shop at END.

Dubbed 'SISYPHUS' - the Greek God of Ephyra who, as a result of his braggadocious and deceitful temperament, was sentenced eternally to roll a boulder up a hill only for it to fall to the bottom as he reaches the summit - many members of the fashion press took this concept to be Owens' own commentary on the current state of the fashion system. A system which has come under increasing scrutiny in recent years for placing speed and product volume above innovation and creativity. Famed in classics for the futile laboriousness of his damnation, Sisyphus appears to be Rick Owens' metaphor for his sense of futility delivering collections at breakneck speeds season after season.

The collection itself contains all of the most revered elements of Rick Owens' interminable DNA. Aplomb with avant-garde silhouettes iterated in an atmospheric palette of blacks and earthy neutral tones, the collection carries with it a sense of the self-contained; high coverage, layered outerwear combined with weighty fabrics and utility detailing.

Aa well-developed array of highly wearable streetwear grails sure to sate Owens' legion of international cultists, the first pieces from Rick Owens' AW18 'SISYPHUS' collection are now available at END.
