Shining a spotlight on the PUMA x Chinatown Market sneaker and basketball pack, END. documents Poster Boy’s journey from his apartment in Brooklyn to the streetball courts of Lower Manhattan in this sun-drenched editorial.
Before every other player in the NBA had collaborated on their own line, there was Ralph Sampson and PUMA. Debuting in the early ‘80s, the classic collaboration with the 7ft 4” power forward was retired for the best part of 30 years. Returning in full force for spring 2019, the Ralph Sampson has quickly ingratiated itself back on the global sneaker scene as one of the sportswear monolith's timeless silhouettes, now reimagined for the streetwear era.
Continuing their partnership with US streetwear brand, Chinatown Market, PUMA presents a fresh pack of Ralph Sampsons, brimming with CTM's signature irreverence. Presenting two colourways, each arriving with multiple formstripes which can be swapped in and out at leisure, the customisable element introduces a sense of DIY: an essential component of the Chinatown Market mission. Alongside the sneakers, the pack is finished with a rainbow-panelled basketball - a nod to the New York Streets which inspired the capsule.
Heading to the Big Apple to shoot this exclusive campaign with Brooklyn-based creative Poster Boy, END. presents this exclusive PUMA x Chinatown Market lookbook: a chance to see the collaboration on foot and in motion, in its native habitat.
The PUMA x Chinatown Market collection is now available for registration on END. Launches.
