Staying true to their subversive punk spirit, Midnight Studios has lifted the lid on a duo of Converse icons, quite literally turning the sneaker icons inside out for SS18.
Laying bare the design details and rough-edges that are usually hidden on the sneakers interior, Midnight Studios has flipped the script on the One Star and Chuck 70 silhouettes to celebrate the craft of footwear design and manufacturing.
Featuring exposed tags and labelling, the finished outer shell of the sneaker is only visible when off foot, leaving the rugged egret innards to take the spotlight for the very first time.
The Converse x Midnight Studios sneaker pack will launch at END. on June 15th.
