For their latest iterations of the iconic Air Max 1, Nike have released two new jewel-edition colourways.
With a heritage dating back to 1987, Air Max 1 began as an experiment in cushioning but quickly evolved into an icon on the track—and the streets. Over the years, it's been reimagined and retooled, but the heritage always remains.
The Black Metal features an upper made entirely of black leather, an atmospheric back drop to the platinum swoosh inlay detailing. The pure black upper and outsole are masterfully counterbalanced with a stark white midsole.
Fresher than ever with this bold new colourway, the bright leather upper is accented with a deep black jewel swoosh set into the sidewall.
Down below, a hint of Dusty Peach in the visible Air Sole ties the style together. A stark white midsole is counterbalanced with the sleek black outsole to finish.
