Easy-wear. Not complicated. That’s how Y-3’s own Yohji Yamamoto describes his latest collection for the adidas-fuelled brand.
Heading up SS18 with a sea of red, white and black silhouettes on the runway, Y-3 introduced a new graphic into the mix; combining the coveted Y-3 logo, Yamamoto’s signature, and adidas’ “Brand with the 3 Stripes” slogan printed in a multitude of languages.
Paying homage to fifteen years of the technically advanced label, the new graphic depicts Y-3’s long-standing partnership with the sportswear giant, pairing the modern design with Japanese-inspired tiger and cobra motifs – printed on relaxed tees in various bold colourways.
