Celebrating the exclusive launch of the Vulcanized 779 sneaker at END.’s statement store in the heart of Milano, OFF-WHITE took over the flagship space on Via dei Mercanti for an evening of music, skateboarding and sneakers.
Known to be the last shoe designed by the creative visionary behind OFF-WHITE, Virgil Abloh, the Vulcanized 779 sneaker saw Abloh further examine his fascination with skateboarding and skate culture, creating a sneaker designed to withstand the rigorous wear of skating. Offering the opportunity for attendees to purchase the END. exclusive colourways of the Vulcanized 779 Skate Sneaker, free t-shirts were screenprinted on-site with a variety of OFF-WHITE's skate graphics.
Soundtracked by OFF-WHITE’s very own Imaginary FM, with Romina Thomas and Yuri Kaban taking to the decks, the evening celebrated Milanese skateboarding culture, with skaters congregating outside the store under a clear blue summer sky putting the Vulcanized 779 sneaker through its paces.
