Teaming up with Nike for a limited edition collection that pays homage to the vast heritage of the sportswear giant, OFF-WHITE designer Virgil Abloh offers his unique take on 10 footwear icons.
Meeting the demands of tough training, long runs and race days, the Zoom Vaporfly is reconstructed for the streets in Abloh's unmistakable aesthetic language. Going back to his architectural roots, Virgil applies a cut-and-sew treatment to the runner's synthetic upper. A collaboration divided into two categories, The Ten : Nike Zoom Fly X Virgil Abloh falls into the “GHOSTING” theme with its revealing uppers; designed to unite all the shoes with their semi-translucent materials and to celebrate the individual components of Nike's iconic footwear archive. Rounding off the reconstructed sneaker, the red zip tie to the laces and cut and sewn Swoosh give this newly released model a cutting-edge finish.
