New Balance and Action Bronson go way back. Beyond their sought-after collaborations, the Queens multihyphenate has held a deep appreciation for the brand since a young age, regularly wearing a plethora of the brand’s performance runners. It’s something that makes their partnership a full circle moment, resulting in a harmonious, organic union rooted in authenticity.
This time around, the much-anticipated M1906R “Medusa Azul” is given a release. A blend of leather, mesh and synthetics features across the sneaker’s uppers, rendered in a striking palette of blue, black and brown. The sneaker’s N-ergy sole unit mirrors the upper’s exuberance, pairing an electric shade of blue with earthier tones. As always with Bronson and New Balance, the details are meticulous, with purple, hiking-style laces and “Baklava” branding worked into the tongues.
