CollaborationsE BY END. @ END. LONDON
13 September 2024We spent the day with staff members at END. London to unpack their favourite pieces from the E By END. collection.
E By END. is a dedication to creating superior staples, where END. partners with key collaborators to create elevated takes on wardrobe classics. To shine a spotlight on the collection, we paid a visit to END. London, spending the day with key figures from the store’s retail experience, Tak and Nick.
Speaking with Tak, a Service Advisor at END. London, he discussed what first introduced him to the world of fashion “I remember being 16 and getting my first box logo t-shirt from Supreme and I was so gassed to own something Supreme, let alone a Bogo”. Speaking about his love of Soho, Tak said “my favourite spot in Soho is the Star and Garter which is a very lively pub in the middle of Soho. The staff are amazing and the vibe is always sublime, so I do find myself there a fair bit, maybe even too much”. Beyond just fashion, Tak’s biggest hobby is football: “whether it's watching my favourite team, Manchester Utd, or playing with my mates, I just love anything to do with the sport”. When it comes to E By END., Tak opts for the offerings from Champion, echoing the daily wearability of the collection “my favourite piece from the E By END. collection is the Grey Champion Sweatpants — a nice and simple everyday essential that everyone needs”.
Nick, also a Service Advisor at END. London, spoke about his earliest introduction to fashion through his love of sports and music: “when I was around 13/14, I stated to develop an interest in sneakers and streetwear brands such as Air Jordan and Supreme. Inspired by basketball and the music I listen to”. Outside of fashion, Nick holds a deep appreciation for creating art “I like to make paintings as a tool to express myself”. Much like Tak, his love of E By END. boils down to the collection’s inherent wearability, particularly the denim: “my favourite piece from the E By END. collection is the denim jacket because it has a very good shape and structure. It also goes with a lot of styles so I could style it with different items”.
