Charaf Tajer’s Casablanca looks to the luxury of Monte Carlo to create its tailoring collection, with an array of bold patterns and colours used.
Casablanca is an expert in blurring the lines in fashion. Its founder, Charaf Tajer, has forged a distinct aesthetic since the label was founded in 2018 — one that fuses bold luxury and laidback styling in a seamless manner. Much of this is down to Charaf Tajer’s deep appreciation for a refined way of living; moments of beauty found in experiencing things like travel, nature and architecture.
This idea of refined living forms the basis of the AW21 tailoring collection, with the label looking to Monte Carlo for inspiration once again. The aesthetic is heavily influenced by the bold and elegant clothing you’d typically find worn by Monaco’s residents and visitors. Tailored suits, jackets and trousers are all combined with a vibrant colour palette and luxury-evoking prints, ranging from monograms to racing-inspired diamond patterns.
