A champion of contemporary veganism, CookDaily’s King “Cook” Senathit has worked tirelessly to cultivate a modern approach to vegan cuisine with his series of restaurants in East London, changing perceptions of veganism to encourage an animal-friendly way of living and thinking.

“When I gave up meat in 2009, I felt lighter – not just physically but mentally.”

Establishing CookDaily in 2015 after years of experience working in professional kitchens, King Cook offers a variety of vegan dishes that combine Southeast Asian cooking techniques and ingredients with flavours from around the globe.

Channelling his own decision to go vegan, the East London chef found connection through food – a way to build community and to develop what it means to be vegan.
