CollaborationsEND. X PORTER-YOSHIDA & CO. “NAVY BANDANA”
20 June 2022END. and Porter-Yoshida & Co. reunite with “Navy Bandana”: a six-piece capsule that mirrors the design codes of their inaugural collection.
Following on from their inaugural collaboration in 2021, END. and Porter-Yoshida & Co. reunite with the second instalment of their “Bandana” collection, “Navy Bandana”. The 6-piece capsule is underpinned by the same approach as their debut encounter, with the Japanese label’s premium craftsmanship and archival codes brought under the spotlight.
Since being founded in 1935 by Kichizo Yoshida, the Japanese label has been lauded for its uncompromising approach to quality, creating timeless accessories using premium materials and intricate details.
Honouring that, END. and Porter Yoshida & Co. delve into the Japanese label’s archives once again, covering an array of high-quality accessories in its archival bandana pattern. The collection is comprised of signature pieces like the Helmet Bag, Tote Bag, Day Pack and Waist Bag, with each one made in Japan using navy blue nylon, in favour of their debut collection’s black.
The collection’s bandana pattern — complete with a discreet suitcase motif — is printed throughout, while silver-toned hardware is used for further contrast. Each bag comes accented with a duo of branding, with END. debossed into the leather pull tabs and a white, co-branded patch. To accompany the bags in the collection, the END. x Porter-Yoshida & Co. “Navy Bandana” collaboration is complete with a duo of accessories: a wallet and a clip keyring.
The END. x Porter-Yoshida & Co. “Navy Bandana” collection will launch via END. Launches on the 25th June.
