15 January 2021Transforming a classic with a utilitarian approach, ASICS team up with Limited EDT & SBTG to share their GEL-LYTE III OG.
Following on from their previous collaborative effort in 2018, ASICS and sneaker boutique Limited EDT enlist SBTG to deliver a bold and futuristic interpretation of Mitsui-san's iconic GEL-LYTE III OG sneaker.
Featuring a removable lace shield featuring "Monsoon Patrol" typography, a toggle secures the highlighter yellow laces while a further set of laces add a touch of utilitarianism to the proceedings. Cast in a combination of Lichen Green and Piedmont Grey, hairy suede panels are punctuated with quilted nylon while branding embellishes the heel panel for a final touch of co-branded detailing.
