Presenting the "Space Hippie", American sportswear giants Nike unveil their upcoming collection of sneakers built with waste materials, recycled from their factories around the world. An exploratory footwear line that combines experimental aesthetics with an approach that promotes positive change towards manufacturing processes. In a bid to offset climate change and reduce their waste, the Space Hippie line sees the Beaverton brand extending their dedication to sustainability.

Constructed with three central components of recycled material, the uppers of the four models are built with Nike's Space Waste Yarn, while the sole unit is constructed from recycled Zoomx Foam and Crater Foam. Setting the bar for responsible design and moving sneaker construction forward, Nike promote a cyclical production process, showcasing the brand's movement to more responsible practices.
